Efficient prompt booking. Great communication the day of appointment. Took less than an hour to setup and clean 3 medium sized rugs (5×7 shag, 4×6 patio rug, 2×7 runway rug). Results of all rugs cleaned are way better than I could have done in that amount of time. Had everything deep cleaned on site for the least amount of hassle.

From start to finish, Ben was professional, courteous, and communicative. He kept me informed before, during, and after the service, and even took the time to provide detailed care instructions to help keep my couch looking its best.
It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and delivers on their promises. I highly recommend OYS Cleaning Services and will absolutely be using Ben again in the future!

We had OYS Cleaning come out to remove dog pee stains and odors from our carpet, and the results were excellent! The odor is completely gone, and the service was quick. Booking was easy, and we were able to get everything scheduled within the same week. Their price was also much better than the other quotes we received. Ben was professional, friendly, and calm around our dogs, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely hire OYS Cleaning again for regular, intermittent carpet cleaning. Highly recommend!
Ben helped me take care of a carpet that had pet stains while I’m currently out of the country, and I’m really glad I chose him. He handled everything smoothly from start to finish, kept me updated, and did a proper deep cleaning that made a big difference. The carpet looks much better and the whole place feels fresh again. It gave me peace of mind knowing someone reliable is taking care of things while I’m away. Definitely recommend Ben and OYS if you need carpet cleaning you can trust, even remotely.
Ben from OYS came out to clean our carpet after some pet accidents, and honestly I wasn’t sure it would come out this good. There was a strong urine smell and a few tough spots, but he did a proper deep cleaning and made a huge difference. The smell is gone and the carpet looks way better. Ben was easy to deal with, explained what he was doing, and didn’t rush the job. Definitely happy with the service and would use OYS again.
