Stain Removal done properly
A stain is easiest to remove when it is treated with the right product for the stain and the fabric. We identify what caused it, test an out-of-sight spot, then lift the stain without harsh scrubbing that can damage fibers or spread the mark.
- Coffee, wine, food, ink, grease and pet stains
- Carpet, area rugs, upholstery and mattresses
- Fabric and dye tested before we treat
- We tell you honestly what to expect before we start
The hardest stain I’ve removed: blood
Blood is one of the toughest stains I deal with, and hot water alone can set it. I use a dedicated enzyme cleaner that breaks the stain down, and in my experience that’s what makes the difference. Every stain is different, though, so I test first and tell you honestly what can and can’t be removed.

Stain Removal questions
Can you remove old stains?
Many old stains lift well. Some dyes, bleach marks and long-set damage cannot be fully reversed, and we tell you what to expect during your free estimate.
Do you treat pet stains and odors?
Yes. We treat urine, vomit and other pet accidents on carpet, rugs and upholstery, including the odor.
Is stain removal included in a regular cleaning?
We treat visible spots as part of our cleaning, and for set-in or large stains we quote the extra treatment up front.
